Refund Policy

We only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping. If you happen to receive a defective/damaged product, you can raise a replacement request by sending us a mail at customercare@soyu.co.in, within 5 days of purchase and be sure to attach a picture of the product received so that we can evaluate its condition. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund. Products acknowledged as ā€˜damagedā€™ or ā€˜defectiveā€™ will be collected by us. Once we receive the item at our facility, we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund or replacement accordingly. Once the exchange/return has accepted, we will process the same within 7 - 21 business days.
