Refund Policy

We only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping. If you happen to receive a defective/damaged product, you can raise a replacement request by sending us a mail at, within 5 days of purchase and be sure to attach a picture of the product received so that we can evaluate its condition. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund. Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be collected by us. Once we receive the item at our facility, we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund or replacement accordingly. Once the exchange/return has accepted, we will process the same within 7 - 21 business days.
